Swivl is a field service management platform for small and mid-sized service businesses. Work Order Management is the core module, with Estimates as a sub-category. Estimates lets a tenant send costed proposals for products and services to its customers. Invoices lets the same tenant bill for work delivered. Together the two form the commercial spine of the platform, carrying a job from quoted price to collected payment, and are used by office admins on desktop and by technicians on mobile at the job site.
